Labby Ahsan is an young professional specializing in public relations, communication, and business. An Ashoka Young Change Maker, he's recognized for spearheading initiatives that encourage youth to engage with newspapers, especially through his venture, NNO.
Labby has earned accolades in various competitions including Olympiads, Spelling Bee, Debate, and National Essay Competitions, demonstrating his diverse talents and interests.
As a final-year student at BRAC University, Labby has held pivotal roles: consulting at 10 Minute School, heading marketing at Lucent and Digital Sikkhok, and serving as the communication manager at Laughing Elephant. He is currently leading the outreach team at Keeron, an emerging edtech in Bangladesh. Additionally, he is an accomplished author and translator, responsible for a book on extra-curricular activities and the Bengali translation of Mathew Allen's “Smart Thinking.”
As the founding president of the Newspaper Olympiad, Labby has expanded his impact beyond Bangladesh to Hungary, Austria, and the USA. He also founded a Science Club at his school, emphasizing his commitment to science and education.
Through contributions to national dailies with writings and artwork, Labby exhibits his storytelling and creative prowess. He aspires to contribute to a prosperous, poverty-free Bangladesh.
